      Great Pay and benefits but THAT'S IT!

      Pros

      Starting pay is above national average. Great benefits for yourself and the family. Offers a decent 401k match and option for a Roth. Local P/D Drivers are off on weekends and major holidays.

      Toxic management Lackluster equipment or therefore LACK of. No accountability for some workers due to favoritism. LACK of communication between internal employees and driver.
