Pros

The use of latest Java 8 tools, some good people (not everyone).

Cons

Some companies give you the birthday off... well Etermax has a lay off day each month. Code standards are very low. Communication is inexistant and disrespectful to employees. Time schedule is rigid and inflexible. Bad company culture. The building is an old factory, so there is no light and they create that software factory explotation environment they like.

Thank you for your review. We are continuously working on our HR Policy and we have made great advances around our culture. For instance, we have implemented flexible hours, so employees may start the day between 8 and 10 o’clock. Regarding communication, we started an Intern Program and we are working on improving it as we consider this an important matter in terms of progress, although we don’t consider it disrespectful. We are sorry if that's how you felt. We are also glad to inform that we have done a big refurbish in our offices and we expect to continue growing!

Pros

Cool workmates, very talented people.

Cons

Many leader positions are assigned based on personal relationships, not worth or experience. As a result, a lot of business decissions are senseless and the outcomes chaotic. They encourage employees to give their constructive feedback but if it's not what they'd like to hear it will be ignored or worse: you will be fired. Careful!! Ridiculous management from the CEO's father, disrespectful and strongly hierarchical.
