If you're a programmer, it's a really good place

Pros

- Dolarized salary - Excellent people - Opportunities to learn from different IT areas, like backend, devops, game frontend, web frontend, etc. - They encourage good practices for coding - You will never be crunched

Cons

- Games are just interactive screens - If you are not a programmer (or a data engineer) your salary is not dolarized - You won't learn much about the process of making games - They went from full-remote to hybrid (only applies if you live near the office)

Pros

- At first it was the dream job company. Now it has 0 pros - There was a career path to study

Cons

- They deleted almost every benefit without compensation - Too many friends in positions of management so it is impossible to get a raise if you are not in the party - No more remote job - Very toxic workplace
