Working at Ethan Allen was a truly formative experience. The leadership at the company is outstanding, and I was fortunate to have a boss who not only led by example but also took the time to mentor me personally. She taught me everything I needed to know about inventory management—a skillset that I’ve been able to carry with me and apply successfully in other roles throughout my career. The CEO is also deeply invested in the company and its people. While bonuses may not always be the most generous, it’s clear that there is genuine care for both the brand and the employees behind it. Overall, Ethan Allen provided me with a strong foundation, supportive leadership, and lasting lessons that continue to shape my professional journey.
