Poor Pay, Terrible Management, Lots of Tension

- Good place to subtly learn about interior design and get ideas for your own home, if that's your passion. - You get to sit next to pretty displays, given that aesthetics plays a huge part in this line of business. - Appointment system was easy to learn.

Cons

- Designers work on commission, everyone wants the next customer and will involve you in the drama and sabotaging train. Liken it to high school days. - Management was horrible, didn't value a mere receptionist's suggestions for improvement, very poor communication. - Specific branch felt isolated, little discussion between international branches.
