Good opportunity for design experience with a brand name if new to design business, well rounded product line and fabric variety.

Cons

Cut throat designers when working on commission, disrespectful owner, product quality deteriorated over the years, brutal retail hours, can't survive on commission alone in today's economy.

Great team oriented atmpohere with wonderful coworkers and supportive staff! Great product to work with... you can have confidence selling thier products in your designs with your clientele.

Cons

Commission sales can be daunting to work with after a certain number of years. The only way to advance is out and to develop your own business unless you want o work for the corporate offices.
