Pros

It’s pretty fast-paced, but there’s also a good amount of breathing room to just settle into your role and your achievements. It’s go, go, go but never at the expense of avoiding burnout. Fast-paced but without being high-stress.

Cons

It all depends on what you can handle. I can handle a lot, so things don’t get to me as easily as others.

Pros

Everyone is really friendly and helpful. I’ve never had a question ignored or glossed over. Management really takes their time getting you trained and acclimated to the company. And everyone else is just as understanding and willing to help.

Cons

When you’re making this kind of money it can be difficult to find a good work/life balance.
