Pros

Friendly coworkers, an owner that cares to do the “extras” to keep it fun.

Cons

Not everyone is up to the challenge of a fast growing company and updating processes and software. Just a few stuck in dated paper process. Hopefully they join the fun soon!

Pros

This is a good place to work if you are isolated from the CEO. Pay is decent, benefits are good and middle management is competent and helpful.

Cons

If you do report to the CEO, directly or otherwise, prepare to be micromanaged at all hours of the day, in all aspects of your job. You will be forced to find a way to make his unrealistic demands a reality, and failing to do so will ensure he will involve himself in your role even more.
