Pros

Truly the perfect fit for the right kind of person. If you’re more type A, goal-oriented, attention to detail, and driven by an inner motivation to succeed and achieve you’re going to crush it here. Otherwise, you’re probably going to struggle.

Cons

My advice is know what kind of person you are before applying. It’s not worth wasting your time or ours if you’re not going to be the right fit anyways.

It’s almost ridiculously easy to succeed here. It’s all a matter of showing up and being willing to put in the work.

Prepare to be micro-managed in a toxic office

Pros

The commute was short. The company (Ethan) provides breakfast/lunch/snacks. That's it.

Cons

The office is a hot mess. Ethan is an extreme micro-manager with zero consideration of his employees. Toxic only begins to describe the office. The entire staff is miserable. There's more turnover here than I've ever seen or heard of at any company. All departments - HR, Marketing, Construction, Brokerage, Management, IT - have seen employees leave in the last year.
