Everything imaginable, they don't care much for you they care more about the work being done than they do about their employees your just a number they act like they care but don't

Pros

Oh my God! A great place to be if u like to have someone think for u, have premeetings where u are told what and how u will speak in the next group meeting . Then you are told the things u are doing are not good enough and this is what u should have done and that u need to add more and that you need to go even faster. The work place example from the leader is that I work 80+ hrs a week and u should also! Go Faster, Why didn’t u, U should have….., there is no joy or pleasantries in this office environment . A vey cold and lonely place to work.

Cons

Some of the senior managers believe that saying the sky is falling in every meeting is the way to motivate the group . There are very few times when the people who are called a team walk away from a meeting feeling positive, more like they were kicked. Then u get the encouragement of being told what u should have done and why didn’t u ! Perfect hindsight and Public humiliation are standard practice, even down to the technicians. If u shame them enough people will get better.
