Pros

The technology is phenomenal. There is nothing else quite as high tech as Ethos in the life insurance industry. Startup meets life insurance and it's so much faster and efficient than competitors.

Cons

You are on the phone all day trying to get people to pick up their phones but once you get someone to answer, you get a chance to sell them. Technical issues happen but that's just a downside to technology.

Team atmosphere from top to bottom. Top management truly wants everyone's feedback. I feel respected and listed to! Unlimited PTO, Great work/life balance.

Cons

No 401K match (though I hear we may get it in the future).
