Pros
Been working here for over a year. I think the career growth opportunity is pretty great. I've had the chance to work on various projects and learn a bunch of new things. Ethos ships stuff really fast and I've been on a bunch of interesting projects. they are also pretty open to using new technologies.
Cons
Long hours. I've worked at other startups before and Ethos is probably the most intense startup I've ever been in. Also, there is a lot of work happening between US and India so there's sometimes calls late at night. Recent layoffs were a bit scary, but I'm really worked here in india and the office continues to grow quickly. I think most of the layoffs are happening management is shifting teams out of US.
