overall, my experience at Ethos has been positive. I'm a software engineer in the bangalore office. The good things are that I am working in a fast paced team, with really smart team members, amazing manager. The products we work on are impactful and important - they have visibility all the way through leadership so I know i am building something useful. Company also seems to be doing well, growing quickly and profitable.

Cons

our team is small and we are asked to do a lot. So I end up working a lot of hours. Often times either early morning or late evening since we have to sync with US teams. There is also a requirement to be in the office 3 times a week minimum.
