- Great Analytics Program - In Tune Marketing - Some Autonomy - Unlimited PTO - P&L is semi-strong

Cons

- Unethical Practices - False Promises - No Loyalty from Executives/Leadership - Will take everything they can from you and offer you nothing in return - You wouldn’t want to look under the hood. Basically a house of cards

Remote is the only good thing here.

Cons

Terrible executives, don’t care about employees, slogan is BS, replaced for cheap labor after they had us train them, no real leadership, no room for growth, didn’t do any raises for me being there two years. Not even for inflation after promising me one.
