      Being Split Up

      -Good Coworkers, Benefits and Pay. -involved in a lot of different areas and industries .

      Cons

      -Currently being split up by a private equity company which is ironic given the emphasis on “OneEthos”. Suspect that Ethos won’t exist in a few years. -Shame as believe it had a lot of potential. -Very top heavy organistion
