Pros

Great place to grow technically—hands-on experience with advanced turbine systems and full ownership of improvement projects make it a solid engineering challenge.

Cons

The only downside is the minimal pay increases—otherwise, a solid company to work for.

Complete lack of product understanding by management, which shows in the poor product strategies and certain poor functional strategies.
