Pros
The employees are great to work with and you had a lot of autonomy to work on projects. It was a very supportive environment.
Cons
The executive team didn't have a good vision for what to do with the company. And has moved away from the core idea of Etsy, being handmade and a more personal shopping experience.

I’ve been at Etsy for about 5 years now, and my experience has truly been a great one. From the work culture to the office spaces, and especially the passion leadership and administrators have for both sellers and buyers, Etsy is a genuinely great place to work. The people here care deeply about the mission. There’s a strong sense of collaboration, and teams are supportive, inclusive, and always willing to help one another. Etsy also encourages continuous learning and growth, with opportunities to expand your skill set into areas like mobile development and machine learning. Etsy is a place where you can grow your career while still feeling aligned with the company’s values and purpose.
