      They are very active in getting you placed with their clients.

      Cons

      I have had a contract through Ettain Group for 2 years and I always get a new recruiter every 5 months and they don't touch base and when I have had questions about my contract they don't know. They don't care about their contractors at all.

      Great Office Culture - the people are amazing! Leadership listens to your thoughts / concerns / ideas for improvements Uncapped Commission Structure - Started making 100k+ at 23 years old, with my highest clear close to 400k. Opportunity to make money is real! Huge amount of flexibility for top performers. We all are living in a flexible world when it comes to remote work due to covid. But even prior - if you prove yourself to be productive - there is a ton of remote flexibility. The company values clients that are good to our consultants, they don't just look our prospects as transactions. Over the years I've had the chance to travel to customer sites as well as to conferences. The company is very supportive and attentive to your requests Benefits - Healthcare, 401k with a 10% match to your contribution vesting immediately, HSA, FSA, Dependent FSA, Dental.

      Cons

      Our benefits are affordable for employees but are very expensive when adding family members. Given the nature of our work (contractors flipping to FTEs) we are not given the same rates as an enterprise company with all FTEs.
