      Pros

      Great teammates, flexible with work from home, if you are making your targets, management will be happy.

      Cons

      The turn over is high. There also is the potential to make great commission but that will require working a lot of overtime. If you’re looking for work-life balance, might not be the job for you. But if you’re the kind of person who thrives in a high paced environment where there are rewards for your hard work, you will do well.
