You have to be unethical to work here.
Manage would ask people in interviews their age, if they have children, etc. If you tried submitting people that were indian they wouldnt send them over based on the fact that they were Indian even if they were a perfect fit and a US Citizen.
When you would bring up the fact that what they are doing is illegal, you would hear, "You can't play by the rules if you want to get ahead."
On the first day you work there the let you know that HR rules dont apply here and you will break them. Anybody that works there that reads this review will know exactly what I mean.
Also, every other week it seemed like they would try and implement new rules or programs. Every training class somebody learned a different way so nobody new what the actual rules are which would lead to arguments as well as frustration.
Often times it seemed like management was nonexistent......The recruiters run the office. (this can be good or bad)
Certain Business Development managers are helped more than others. You can tell who is managments favorites and they will spend a lot more time trying to help some BDM and account managers grow their business while ignoring others.
Also this is a very youthful company.....If you are middle age dont think about working here. On the recruiters side most of the recruiters are in their 20's. There are a few indidivuals that are around the director level but even they are in their late 30's and early 40's.
ALSO if you still dont believe me and go and work here...DO NOT fall for their base of 30,000...many people start off making 35k or more as their base...They make it seem like the only way to get this pay bump is to be promoted to tech recruiter or senior technical recruiter..Yet i have seen people with NOOOOO experience at all make more on their base than people with 2 years experience. negotiate your salary this is recruiting after all
