Great company, Great people, Great training and the best Managers I have ever had

ettain group is a really great place to start a career, especially without and prior experience. great training program for new hires and leaders that really care about making you successful. overall great environment, music playing, people are happy and really nice to be around and work with. great team bonding. a lot of fun celebrations and events that we do outside of work for the holidays and team bonding. can make a lot of money if you work hard - the commission plan is a lot better than at some other companies in the industry. competitive base salary. In all of my experience here, I have met some of the best people. I always feel supported and have worked with the best Managers that I could ask for.
Cons
This is a tough industry. You have to work really hard, its fast paced, and with that comes a level of stress. They try to help ease that and you never feel like someone is coming down on you - there are games etc to help with balance. It is a growing company, changes are made and you have to be flexible, but they are always for the better of the company and employees.
