This is a great place to work out of college. The team was great, energetic and if you like a super fast paced industry then staffing is the place to be. It isn't for everyone, its a true "you get back what you put in" kind of place. Management and team leads will work closely with you to make sure your prepared to do well and typically always have your back when you need it. Definitely a place for more extroverted people. You learn a bit about every industry and keep an eye on the cutting edge technologies out there. With constant shifts in the tech world, you would keep up to date on what is hot. There is alot of opportunity for career progression and the opportunity to make a high income is real, you just have to make it happen with some hard work.

Cons

If you aren't working on an enterprise team you can expect the road to be a bit harder to meet the metrics you are expected to achieve in the eyes of upper management. Internal incentives are awesome and very generous, but again, unless you are working an enterprise or large/handed over account there is a good chance you dont stand a chance in winning. ettain recently underwent aquiring a few other staffing firms. While that is a great milestone for the company the environment has changed from small/collaborative to a very corporate feel. This in some ways is good but created a lot of new barriers and learning curves for upper management to deal with. My Branch manager was great and team leads/management will do everything they can to make you successful. However, there are alot of variables and factors that come into play with staffing. The highs are high and the lows are truly low. There is a lot that can happen that is totally out of your control but in the end it will land on your head.
