      ettain group values all of their employees and take the time to learn about them and their personal interest. The managers all a flexible and autonomous environment, all the while providing the training and hands on attention needed to be successful in this challenging industry. The company rewards their employees based of their value proposition, and it shows in all levels of the organization.

      the industry is very tough and it takes a lot of hard work to be successful.
