1- The company and management are extremely disorganised with extremely poor management skills and their disorganisation have huge impact on employees performance! no employee can finish specific project without being interrupted every day to finish another project that has to be issued by the end of the day!! 2- the way the employees being treated is very poorly and the company has the highest turn over you will ever see in your entire life and career!! 3- No communication whatsoever between the management and employees at all!! 4- The level of stress is terrible!! a lot of employees ending up leaving without notice!! 5- You have to check in and out like prisoner!! like you are not an adult who works in company!! 6- When you give the management the appropriate notice of leaving, they don’t pay your last paycheck on purpose!! they are that much cheap and lack of integrity!!
