Pros
I love all of the staff here. There is a complete lack of ego, which is so refreshing and the communication between staff is very easy and amiable. Everyone is very team-oriented and but can also run with activities, which is great. The project work is very interesting. As EurekaFacts is a small company, team members are usually at least somewhat involved in different activities which makes the work appealing as you are learning new information every step of the way.
Cons
Every small company has experienced growing pains while striving for success. In the past few months, EurekaFacts has added additional senior management and staff that have provided a strong foundation and new structure based on their years of experience in the field. The changes have been significant and continue to help us grow and perform our tasks in a more structured environment.
