• Some coworkers were kind and collaborative • Exposure to various types of research projects

• Extremely poor job security – Employees can be let go without warning or explanation, regardless of performance • Unprofessional management – Supervisors often lacked basic leadership skills and professionalism in their communication and behavior • Toxic leadership from the top – The CEO, Jorge Restrepo, sets a poor tone for the organization, and does not foster a culture of respect, support, or transparency • Lack of structure or clear expectations • Minimal opportunities for advancement or meaningful feedback • High turnover, creating an unstable and disorganized work environment

The team really goes the extra mile in making impossibles come true.

Cons

The management could definitely improve in recognizing the value and quality of employees. I had never seen so loyal and hardworking employees without this much consideration and recognition.
