-normal/slightly flexible work hours -responsive IT team -great, metro-accessible location -opportunities to socialize with coworkers -quality HR department

Cons

-little opportunity for growth -unclear job description/job duties did not match those from interview process -unreliable; frequent layoffs due to losing contracts -small company -concerning practices in terms of research recruitment/compensating participates appropriately and on-time

It's a small company with great potential. The company dynamic is very positive. Everyone is super friendly and always willing to help each other out. There is always something new for you to learn and the managers are great mentors. They are willing to teach you the skills you need to successfully perform your job, all you need to do is ask. You'll never be bored here . Overall: Great company with friendly coworkers and a positive outlook on job opportunities.
