Flexible, depending on team good managers, make your own hours

Upper management could use work the tip top don’t care for you, the client sometimes gets their way way too much (thus now everyone is getting laid off) and the client can be, less desirous to be around because they have a superiority complex Upper management cares more about the client than you if the client says it it must be true (even though the client does the same things or worse) and I mean way upper management when I say this
