Great teams, manageable workload, enjoying the collaboration between multiple cultures and countries, european wide projects. There are some extraordinary spirits putting their hearts and souls into this company and it is so enjoyable to work with them.

Cons

Higher management (from the CEO to local country leaders) doesn't put their money where their mouth is. After 6 years in the company I see it is getting for the worse more than better with money invested in expensive platforms but people are resistant while higher management doesn't push for the change. Several projects before failed for similar reasons and the mistake is being repeated all over again.
