Pros

You can get an insight into the electronic money transfer business

Cons

In the Budapest based SSC there is no leadership, only some bosses never leaving their rooms, rewarding is made through personal preferences (instead of bonus targets), work overload is everyday, communication is virtually non-existent. Staffing is lacking so expect heavy overtime. Training is non-standardized if given at all, but heavy criticism is always around the corner.
