Cons

Who is spent more than 5 years in company. They don't want to upgrade own self with new technology. Just carry out the older work pattern. And spoil new employee's life with 3rd class mangement

Old technology. Reluctant to adapt to new technologies. Poor management. If someone wants to grow technically then not a good place to learn and grow . The seniors are higher management are not skilled enough technically
