Pros

The techs and programmers are a great group of folks to work with Offered an above average benefit package, although health insurance is chipping away at this Learned something new every day

Cons

An initiative for self-taught learning is the key to success here, there are very few opportunities for outside training and personal growth without it

Pros

decent pay flexible company -- lots of different kinds of work you can do

Cons

clients are in "developing" countries...prepare to get your shots before you travel the only way to get help with anything is by interrupting other people who are on high priority projects
