Established Competitor in its sector with great , financially a very healthy company, normal working hours, competitive salaries, high performance gets rewarded

Cons

Traditional management style and mentality (no-agile), mediocre project management, multitasking, regular in-office presence with strict control, some toxic colleagues in established posistions

the industry is good because its one of the emerging markets and has a lot of room for growth

Cons

terrible. gaslighting, incivility, unprofessionalism. enter at your own risk or see for yourself not all the time... 80% of the time perhaps :)

Pros

Some members of staff but hardly anyone left by the time I jumped ship.

Cons

No flexibility, Lack of processes. Only worry about stakeholders. More managers than workers. You are a replaceable cog. Seriously below industry standard wage. Management have superiority complex. No staff appreciation. Don't replace staff (team of 8 down to 4 but spread workload and increased it). No pay rises for anyone lower than management.
