Decent salary Lower level staff very friendly

Cons

No medical health care plan- very strange for a global business of this size. General culture of distrust towards lower level employees. Most of the managers have zero leadership skills. The lower level staff not valued, the only opinion that matters is the main manager. The same main manager shouts at people on meetings and in person- very intimidating.
