Pros

M-F schedule. Decent start time. Some overtime available. Great benefits, 401k match, profit sharing. Lots of perks such as free food, discount on food, t-shirts, sweatshirts, gift cards, raffles, Great management and Human Resources.

Cons

Sometimes hard to make bonuses.

Getting free food here and there

Cons

Management only cares about themselves and profits of company, not their employees. Managers pay no attention to an employees workload. Terrible compensation. Favoritism is extremely obvious. Training is atrocious. Atmosphere is very dull and not inviting.
