Pros

Everything is mapped out for you, a script for everything! A lot of Corporate support! Very goal oriented which is great, I feel it's something the spa industry lacks.

Cons

All individually franchised so earning can vary greatly as a manger from location to location. Corporate recommends the franchisee pay manager between $30-$40 a year, but in Texas few locations do. Unless you work for corporate in Florida, their isn't much room to grow with the company.

Work around your availability. Make money according to the amount of services you're willing to perform. Hourly, tips, commission from services AND products.

Cons

There were None. Really easy job. Well... minus the fact that you have to wear red scrubs every day.
