bonus, friendship atmosphere, ...the horrible canteen with grassy and disgusting food

Cons

top management not existing. Director spending his time to travel for unknown reason ( never answering to any phone escalation or requests / voice mail full by purpose). Unbelievable situation. won a project with France Television for peanuts and allocating all the ressources for it.
