Excellent benefits (above the law), flexible hours, home office, etc.

Cons

To grow inside the company is very hard, almost no recognition. The company is very burocratic, loooong internal process for everything. Very bad work environment.

Great international place to work, far fromParis City. Rambouillet teleport is like a Village with good Teams, very skilled People. Good place to developp broadcast Expertize.

Cons

HR management very rigid, hard to get more than the annual salary increase, although when you perform. Prefer let go high skilled people instead re-evaluating salary based on market value & keep people.
