Toxic, clueless, and running it into the ground

Managed to meet and work with some amazing people before the merger drove them off.

Cons

Literally everything now. It was a great challenging place to work, and now it's just a toxic cesspool. If you're not French, you're treated less-than, gaslighted and driven off. So many people have left because it is untenable. New starters join and then leave within months, sometimes weeks. Legacy staff with irreplaceable knowledge are being hounded out or driven to mental health crises.

Toxic environment since the merger. Slowly OneWeb and London teams are being stripped away, all the executives have left and anyone with a good sense has left.
