      Smaller company, work culture not defined. In transition phase from small to mid-size GC. If you are a minority I would steer clear.

      Benefits are unmatched- can’t find that generosity anywhere else You work hard, but you are appreciated so much that it makes you want to keep going Most people are good coworkers and feels like a family

      You will work harder than you would at another GC but thats the culture at Evans
