Evans: Flat and efficient?

Pros

Good people overall that care. (Of course this references people, so nothing applies to all).

Cons

Leadership seems quite myopic (only one way of doing something) Evans used to be flat and efficient. With size comes the need for more structure. There does not seem to be a focus on retaining the down-home team atmosphere that used to prevail. Threw an employee under the bus when a medical issue surfaced.

Strong network of staff. Support for growth.

Cons

Sometimes projects can be staffed pretty lean, especially towards the end of a job. This make closeout more difficult than it should be.
