      The Pay isn't bad but could be better Overtime Health Insurance is excellent! Company picnic with free beer at Hershey Park Promotion from within the Company

      Cons

      Constant Mandatory Overtime Very poor planning Constant finger pointing when dealing with the engineers and prints being wrong Mid-level Management gives the impression like they have no clue what they are doing.
