      An organization offering only average compensation and supported largely by the goodwill of its teammates

      Leadership is defined by an inexperienced and directionless manager whose lack of vision consistently undermines team performance. Career development is virtually nonexistent, with no structured growth plans or meaningful opportunities for advancement. The environment is further strained by inconsistent and unfair treatment within a small team, resulting in a workplace that feels neither equitable nor professionally rewarding.

      They have profit sharing you get it 2 times a year and it’s like 4000$ each time

      Cons

      The pay the rest of the year is horrible . 16.61 a hour and a extra 1.75 a hour for 2nd shift . For the work you do it is not enough .
