Pros

The benefits were pretty good and the people were mostly helpful.

Cons

The salary was low for the work required and the work structure was archaic. Trying to work here during COVID-19 was a logistical nightmare. Bouncing back and forth between working from home and not being able to work from home (because "we work better when we're together") was exhausting.

Profit sharing, health insurance and ESOP

Cons

Low salaries, non flexible work times. Very out dated policies. No remote work allowed even though the infrastructure is there.
