      Pros

      - Incredible industry with a huge TAM and new products are game-changing in this space - Product team is very receptive/collaborative and fun to work with - CS team is full of talent (needs more process to see true talent) - Sales team is ramping and eager - Marketing has been an excellent parter to CS

      Cons

      - Hyper-growth means process falls on the floor often - Poorly qualified deals/ICP undefined causes unnecessary churn - Contract structure puts LOTS of pressure on CS to sell

      * Quick project turnaround prevents stagnation * Appetite and opportunities for working with the latest in ML tech * Work reaches production * Lots of hard problems * Smart people to collaborate with * Good engineering & data culture, lots of team-players * Remote lifestyle * Good experience being brought in at the VP level

      * Lack of investment in breaking silos and making remote team meet * Benefits aren't the best, but are improving * Culture is very dependent on which part of the org you're in * Work/Life balance at times can be tough

      Pros

      - The responsiveness of this company is amazing. It's the only place I've ever worked where they listen to the ideas of their employees and implement change quickly. - The people are second to none. Like there will always be another case, but the people you work with are all working hard and cool as heck. You never have to feel like you are shouldering all the work. - More on the people, they are respectful and no one will talk down to you. We may have deadlines but everyone hustles together. - The benefits and WFH stipend are great! - Feeling accomplished every day knowing your work directly helps people impacted by personal injury cases is super rewarding! - Performance bonuses are amazing! - Working from home and flexibility in your schedule is even better. No more commuting!

      Cons

      - Some evening and/or weekend work will be required. - As mentioned above change happens frequently. More often than not, it's just smaller things. The bigger things are a couple of times a year. If you are change-adversed, this likely won't be the job for you. - It's a start-up, and the company moves at a top start-up pace. So being a quick learner, knowing when to ask questions, improving from feedback, etc. will help you immensely.
