Pros

I worked on the sales team at EvenUp for a little under a year. The co-founders are incredibly involved and accessible. They regularly offered support, helped sharpen pitches, and gave thoughtful, actionable feedback. Leadership across the board was encouraging and approachable, which made a big difference. The sales enablement was also really helpful; resources and tools were readily available. My direct manager was phenomenal, always willing to answer questions, collaborate, and invest time into my development. If you are someone who is hungry, driven, and willing to put in the work, EvenUp can be a great place to grow and thrive.

Cons

It is not a great fit for someone who lacks motivation or drive or has difficulty adapting to change. It is a fast paced environment where proactivity matters.

Pros

Great PTO Fully remote Working with smart and dedicated people Leader in a growing industry with a cool product

Cons

Leadership in other departments has been rotating since I first joined the company. This continued after I left (from what I see on LinkedIn), not a great sign when they hire qualified leaders who seem to run after a few months. Turnover in legal operations for drafters is quite high. Pay was ok, workload was intense but not as unmanageable as other reviews make it seem. just required dedicated time management. Pretty stressful working with weekly quotas however

Good benefits and remote work

Cons

Mixed messaging from higher ups, constantly changing rules, job is not as “flexible” as advertised
