      Pros

      A fairly typical startup environment — fast-paced and focused on industry-changing work. We offer a strong base salary and equity with significant upside. The team is fantastic, and we support both in-office and remote work options. Lots of internal tools at our disposal, more so than many other startups I’ve seen.

      Cons

      The C-suite tends to be very hands-on, which may not resonate with everyone. Priorities can shift quickly — that’s expected in a startup — though based on my past experience, the pace of change here is a bit less frequent.

      Pros

      Remote (or mostly remote) work. Great support to help you increase your output and income. The environment and culture of the company are very positive, uplifting, helpful, and non-judgmental. Personal support and understanding is never-ending!! They understand that you are a real person with a life outside of work.

      Cons

      None at this point. Upward movement is not as fast as I first thought it would be. Not a con, just a consideration.

      Pros

      EvenUp's product is cutting edge generative AI that's transforming the legal industry. I enjoy being in a mission driven organization. We help people who have experienced unfortunate to horrible situations to get compensated. There's a lot of building, learning and opportunities to have impact in a hyper-growth startup. I love the people on my team.

      Cons

      It's an intense, hard working environment so it's not for everyone. There are typical startup issues like pivots, lack of process and HR infrastructure.
