Pros

1. Work from home 2. Unlimited PTO 3. Amazing people

Cons

They look for “perfection”. When I say perfection you need to keep a check on minute details as to spaces, capital/ small letters, bolding only a certain type of sentences etc. The rigidity to abide by a certain tone of writing does not fit well with all. If you think you can stick to very strict guidelines this job is for you. If you are free spirited and can not be held down by strict guidelines this is not a job you want to take up.

Cons

* Lack of investment in breaking silos and making remote team meet * Benefits aren't the best, but are improving * Culture is very dependent on which part of the org you're in * Work/Life balance at times can be tough

Pros

- fully remote - stipend to upgrade home office

Cons

They've got very unreasonable production expectations, especially for new hires in their first month of training during the holidays. You'll be told that they'll give grace and understanding if things are held up by reviewers or if your delayed by a holiday. They'll tell you they're looking for people capable of improvement, but even when you show improvement in the quality of your work they'll just let you go with practically no heads up. If long days and unreasonable expectations from management are your thing, then you'll love this company.
