      Pros

      Going to work in a world class art museum.

      Cons

      Very low pay (nowhere near a living wage for the DC metro area), unaffordable=NO health insurance, manipulative, dishonest, abusive manager, cliquish upper management, toxic work environment.

      Pros

      Solid company culture, good benefits for full time.

      Cons

      Working most weekends and holidays. Hard to snag a full-time job. Limited to phone support if your store is far from the headquarters.
