      Pros

      The venue I worked at was amazing and the customers were there to enjoy these amazing venues not to shop which made them so much more pleasant to work with.

      Cons

      All companies have cons, this one is no different. Do your research - use social media, find current & former employees see what they post and see if they are willing to talk.

      Thank you for sharing your experience. Unfortunately, Covid restrictions have reduced in-person interaction this past year, but we’re looking forward to resuming frequent visits again. All team members (current and former) are encouraged to provide feedback, and while we know that it’s not always easy to express concerns while they happen, our intention is to make communication as easy as possible.       Pros

      Very supportive during COVID-19 with workplace flexibility and safety measures. Sustainability efforts and support of non-profit cultural attractions are awesome. Very interesting partnerships. Positive feedback and recognition for hard work. Family environment- that makes work more fun.

      Cons

      The workload can feel very heavy at times.

      Beautiful work environment! I absolutely love my coworkers and the company.

      Cons

      We are contracted, therefore we have to follow the rules of the establishment and there can be issues with higher-ups and establishment management.
